About infrared panels

What is infrared?
How can the sun heat passing over millions of miles through cold universe, and yet we warm the Earth? This phenomenon is explained by these electromagnetic waves (infrared) which are outside of the visible spectrum. The Infrared band covers a range of wavelengths between 780 and one million nanometres (1 millimetre). The human eye can not perceive these wavelengths. To help explain this, a single human hair is about 70,000 nanometres thick. Infrared waves are therefore invisible to us but we know that they are there because we can feel it on our skin.
Our elements mainly emit low-impact, long-wave infrared-C waves, which penetrate and warm solids.

The difference is in the air.

Unlike conventional heaters which just heat the air, our infrared heaters heats the walls. The walls store heat much longer than the air and release it slowly back into the room. Thus, the walls remain dry and mould has no chance to spread. Another advantage is that the air does not circulate so less dust is picked up.

infra heating

What is infrared panel?
Flat infra panel is a rectangular object with a thickness between 1.6 - 5 cm (construction of nature to save space), which transforms electrical energy into heat. It can be mounted both on the ceiling and on walls of rooms, can be painted in different colors or decorated.

How does it work?
Like the sun. Infrared radiation from the sun heats the earth, creatures and objects directly, without warming the air. Heat of the sun is absorbed by cold objects, which are heats the air, warming environment.
The infrared panel heaters, or radiant panels transforms electrical energy into heat. Heat is delivered to the objects in the room, and walls without a transmission medium (water) and the air in the room is heated by the objects and walls (objects, walls transfers the heat slowly to the air). The diffusion space of the room is done by heat radiation length of 7-10 im (IR). This is exactly the kind of heat with the sun warms the earth. Contrary to ultraviolet radiation, or microwaves, radiant panel emits long-wave (infrared), with positive effect.

Advantages of infra heating systems
infra

Ojects and walls stay dry
and give off warmth.

Infrared heat has a positive
effect on humans.

Economical price and
energy-saving operation

Disadvantages of conventional heating
conv

Damp air condenses on the
walls, creates mould and
mildews, damaging
masonry.

Circulating air brings up
dust, high temperature differences.

High price, maintenance needs, expensive monthly costs.

Why it's economic?
- Ensures a uniform heating with low power heating bodies
- Ensures thermal comfort even at a temperature below 2-4 degrees than in the ways of conventional heating
- Use correct temperature settings, using only as strictly energy for heating a room
- Working with 99% efficiency
- Unlimited lifetime without maintenance expenses
- Easy and fast Installation, not requires authorization
- Requires no space, no storage space for fuel
- Can move to another house if necessary

How do I calculate the necessary panels?

Calculate the 20-35W/mc mounted power required by the construction and the insulation of the building. For an accurate calculation please send us separate rooms dimensions (including height) and information about your home insulation. Using this information we will send you a FREE QUOTATION.

Main characteristics of the infrared heating system:

- 10 years warranty, unlimited life without maintenance
- Ease of use, simple operation, without noise
- It is environmental, without smoke and without oxygen consumption
- Does not circulate the air, does not create dust
- Keep the walls dry and prevent mold
- Fast and easy installation, requires no authorizations
- Can be applied to almost all types of construction
- Can be mounted on combustible surfaces (wood),
- Secure heating system around small children
- It is esthetic, could be a decoration element in the house
- Needs less space than traditional systems
- Can be implemented as a main heating and as a complementary heating
- Has a benefic effect on health

Mounting the infrapanels
Simple and easy. Is fixed on the ceiling or wall with four screws by the ready holes.
If using a several panels in a room, they will be positioned uniform, in order to cover the whole surface. Connection is always possible (requiring only the existence of sockets). Wiring can be hidden in channels, or installed in the walls for new construction.
Connecting to the electricity in system require a specialized electrician.

Temperature setting
Temperature setting can be achieved by Thermostats mounted separately in each room, programming or adjustment will be made separately on each thermostat depending on the variable: if a programmable thermostat or thermostat simply adjusting the temperature only. Temperature sensor or thermostat will be mounted at a height of approx. 1.4 m on the interior walls.
